WHAT IS A MEET & GREET SERVICE WITH YOUR TRAVEL CONCIERGE?

 

Our Meet & Greet Service is dedicated to passengers who love travelling in total comfort, but at a reduced cost.

With our new Meet & Greet service a dedicated Y.T.C. Agent will assist you in all incoming airport procedures, transit and departure, remaining fully available until your arrival at the gate.

The service is different from the Full Vip/Cip Service, as the optional Porter Service, Vip Lounge access and Tarmac Transfers are NOT included.

 

WHAT AN AIRPORT MEET & GREET PACKAGE INCLUDES IN DETAIL:

      ARRIVAL MEET & GREET SERVICE

​​

• Dedicated hospitality at the gate by a Y.T.C. Airport Agent;

• Fast track through passports controls (in agreement with border police) and customs;

• Assistance to the Limousine service booked, taxi area or arrivals hall, up to the clients’ needs.

 

       DEPARTURE MEET & GREET SERVICE

• Welcome hospitality at the airport terminal curb side by our Y.T.C. airport agents, who will be at your disposal for the entire stay at the airport;

• Priority check-in assistance (in agreement with selected airline policies);

• Fast track through security, customs and passport controls;

• Assistance and Priority Boarding provided by our Y.T.C. agent at the boarding gate

Unlike the Airport VIP Service, the following services are not included in the Meet & Greet Service:

• Pre issue of boarding cards

• Porter service

• Private transfer in case of remote stand of the plane

• Vip Lounge access for Departures Assistances

 

       HOW TO BOOK THE SERVICE:

1. Email your details request to:  info@ytconcierge.com

2. Please send us full names of passengers, date and flight details together with a copy of the e-ticket or PNR code& (booking reference number of the flight reservation).

3. To coordinate the service the best way possible we may need details regarding the transfer service after arriving at the airport, in order to contact the driver and verify the status of the transfer service itself.

4. In case you have not booked the limousine service yet, please advise the details regarding the final destination& or requirements so we can quote a YTC Personal Driver for Limousine Service.
